Elizabeth

With Mother's Day just around the corner, we thought it was the perfect time to turn the spotlight on "The Mama" herself—our very own Elizabeth, also known as Good Batch Mama's Chief "Why" Officer.
If you've ever met Elizabeth, you know she's a whirlwind of warmth and energy—whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, loving on her family with boundless care, or hosting another unforgettable dinner around the table. Her days are full, her heart is fuller, and her table? There's always room for one more.
So grab a cup of coffee (because you know she always has one in hand), and keep reading to learn more about what keeps "The Mama" going—and why she pours so much heart into everything she does.
HOW DID YOU END UP HERE?
WHAT DREAMS DO YOU HAVE FROM GBM?
Good Batch Mama was born out of a desire to make it easier for families to gather around the table, where memories are made and relationships are strengthened. Most, if not all, of my favorite recollections come from gathering around an old family table with mismatched chairs pushed close together to squeeze everyone in and voices of laughter so loud, you could hardly hear anyone speaking. I wanted to bring the beauty of those moments to as many people as possible.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE
It's easy to say "set boundaries," but for small businesses, that's not always a simple solution. I cherish working with so many people that I love. And when the work has to get done, we do it. But sometimes, we declare that this is just not a work zone. We choose not to speak of work at all. We are also very careful to honor each other's lives outside of work, and we recognize when one of us needs time off and work hard to ensure that happens.
