Roasted Vegetables

Freshly sliced and authentically seasoned, our Roasted Veggies are the definition of easy and healthy.  Vegetables come seasoned and raw, and all you have to do is transfer them to a cookie sheet and place them in the oven.  A regular sized order will cover an entire cookie sheet, while a small order covers half. 

Roasted Vegetable orders come with a random combination of sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, zucchini, squash, and broccoli or cauliflower. 

This is a Penny Point Dish!  Penny Point Dishes are items that have only one point (as measured by popular diets) per serving. 3/4 cup of Roasted Vegetables is one point.
