Vegetables come seasoned and raw, and all you have to do is transfer them to a cookie sheet and place them in the oven. A regular sized order will cover an entire cookie sheet, while a small order covers half.
Roasted Vegetable orders come with a random combination of sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, zucchini, squash, and broccoli or cauliflower.
