Burnt ends and eggs are just the beginning of this breakfast burrito. Freshly chopped peppers and onions are sauteed in butter until caramelized before the chopped brisket is added. Once the flavor of these ingredients has combined, we add eggs and scramble the entire mixture. After finishing it off with a few seasonings, it is rolled up in 6-inch flour tortillas to create a hearty breakfast burrito that will impress your early and late risers alike.
