If you're wondering what's for lunch at our house, enchiladas are often the answer.  We mix cheese and your choice of filling, wrap it up in flour tortillas, and top it all off with a delicious white queso cheese dip.  Pick between chicken, veggies, beef, or chicken and veggies to make your order your own.

Each regular order comes with 8 enchiladas, and each small order comes with 4 enchiladas.
