Nothing greets the cold weather quite like a hearty beef vegetable soup made with slow cooked roast and mixed vegetables. Truthfully, though, no matter what time of year this scrumptious soup finds its way onto the menu, it is always one of our best sellers. Even the vegetable skeptics in our own homes can't argue that it is a welcome sight come dinner time, so we are sure that it will find a place in your home as well.
